See If We Are a Good Fit Before You Commit!

1. Click the orange ‘Request Appointment’ button.

  • 24 hrs in advance. Arrow to right to see the next month.

  • Appointments are set in Central Time (Oklahoma). If you're in Florida, please select Eastern Time if needed.

  • Consult is free. Credit/debit card is required to save a spot.

2. Go to Online Consult.

  • We’ll meet online for up to 15 minutes. We’ll briefly discuss your struggles and goals & if I think I can help.

  • You can ask anything else you’d like about working together.

  • If I don’t think I’m the right fit for you, or my therapy type is not the right fit, I’ll tell you what is.

3. At the end of the Consult.

  • At the end of the consult, if we both think I’m the best for you, we’ll schedule your intake therapy session.

  • Try to find a time each week to work together.

  • I’ll then send over your intake forms & questions. I’ll review these completed 1 day before our full intake session.
