About Me
Hello, Iām Kelcy Eckels ā a Licensed Professional Counselor (#5487) based in Oklahoma. I help big-hearted achievers break the cycle of anxiety, panic, and perfectionism so they can feel steady, confident, and on their own side.
My clients are often the ones others rely on. Calm on the outside, but secretly overwhelmed, running on pressure and self-doubt. They're carrying the weight of everyoneās emotions and wondering if they'll ever feel true rest. If that sounds like you, you're not alone ā and you're not broken.
Specialized Training in Anxiety/Panic/Perfectionism, Trauma, Emotional Overwhelm, & Codependency

My Approach to Therapy
You deserve more than just a place to vent. I offer therapy that blends depth and direction. Together, we untangle thoughts from feelings, gently desensitize triggers, and build emotional regulation tools that work even in the toughest moments.
Whether youāre navigating trauma, panic, people-pleasing, or constant "what-ifs," I provide a calm, compassionate space to explore and practice the changes that matter. My goal is to help you eventually become your own supportive and wise inner guide. That means learning how to ground your nervous system, build boundaries that feel like care (not punishment), and stop carrying others at your own expense.
I strive for my therapy to be warm, clear, and collaborative. I show up with real presence, useful insight, and the belief that you can feel whole again.
Rediscover Inner-Tranquility

My sessions are a sacred space for creativity, empathy, exploration, and even enjoyment amidst the healing journey.
In our work together, I am beside you every step of the way, guiding you and allowing you to see yourself and your world from new, empowering perspectives.
The goal is for you to cultivate the skills to be your own guide, fostering independence and resilience.
